Privacy Policy

The short version: PRAY THEN ACT sends one devotional message per day to people who ask for it. We keep only what we need to do that — your phone number, delivery channel, and language preference. We never sell your information, and your mobile number is never shared with anyone for marketing. Reply STOP at any time and we delete you from the list.

Who we are

PRAY THEN ACT is a daily devotional ministry of Daniel Jorge Ministries. Questions about this policy go to info@praythenact.com.

What we collect

• Phone number and channel — the number you text or message us from (or enter in the signup form on this website), and whether you chose SMS, WhatsApp, or both.
• Language preference — Português, Español, or English, so you receive the devotional in your language.
• Keywords you send — PRAY, PAUSE, STOP, HELP, and similar service keywords, plus delivery status of our messages.
• WhatsApp profile name — if you message us on WhatsApp, the display name your account shares.

We do not ask for or store payment information. The devotional is free. This website itself does not use accounts, login, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use this information for exactly one purpose: delivering the daily devotional and responding to your service messages. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not send promotional messages.

The messaging program

You opt in by texting PRAY to (321) 689-2973, by sending PRAY or ORAR to us on WhatsApp, by submitting the signup form on this website, or by being added to a group list by a leader you gave permission to. Message frequency is one message per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

• Reply PAUSE to take a break without leaving the list.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe completely.
• Reply HELP or email info@praythenact.com for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or transferred. Information shared with service providers strictly for delivering the messages you requested (see below) is the only exception.

Service providers

Messages are delivered through telecommunications and messaging platforms — our SMS provider and, for WhatsApp messages, Meta Platforms — which process your number as part of transmitting the message. Their handling of transmission data is governed by their own policies. We do not give any other third party access to your information.

Cookies and analytics

This website is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention and deletion

If you reply STOP, your number is removed from the active list. You can ask us to confirm, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to info@praythenact.com.

Children

The devotional is written for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if a minor has been subscribed without a parent's permission, write to us and we will remove the number.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
